We have a full-time Discrimination Solicitor who can offer free legal advice and representation to anyone who feels they have experienced discrimination.
The service is free and open to all Norfolk residents. We can help with writing letters, negotiating on your behalf, starting court or tribunal proceedings and representing you in court or tribunal.
You may feel you have been discriminated against on the grounds of race, disability, gender, sexual orientation, age, or religion or belief.
Our advice relates to all areas of discrimination, including employment, services, education and health.
Whatever your discrimination problem, NCLS can offer you advice and support in a way that suits you - over the phone, face to face or in writing.
To make an appointment please phone 01603 496623 or email us on info@ncls.co.uk.
We can offer appointments at our Norwich office but we also offer appointments at our outreach sessions in other parts of the county at Cromer, Kings Lynn, Dereham, and Thetford.
If you require an interpreter, we can also help.
As well as advising individuals, our solicitor gives talks to community groups and organisations who would like to find out more about discrimination. This service is particularly aimed at black and minority ethnic groups and migrant workers although we welcome enquiries from everyone.
Our solicitor is also available to provide discrimination awareness training to employers and service providers.
You can make appointments to see our Discrimination Solicitor, or find out more about our training services, by contacting us.
