Interpreters

We can provide face to face interpreters in a wide range of languages for all our services. We can also provide telephone interpreters when required.

If you would like an interpreter for your appointment, please inform us in advance so that we can book one for you in time.

NCLS Community Communicators

NCLS have trained Polish, Lithuanian, Russian and Portuguese Communicators who can provide communication support for agencies and individual clients. Though they do not take the place of fully-trained interpreters, they can help

• promote our advice services to non-English speaking service users
• translate leaflets and information
• help communication between our advisers and our clients
