How working together helps
Community partnership working strengthens local support by connecting organisations, sharing expertise and pooling resources. It improves access to services, reduces duplication and creates more responsive solutions. By building trust and collaboration, partnerships empower residents, address complex needs effectively and foster a more resilient, inclusive community for everyone who lives there.

Our partnership with the Anti-Poverty Alliance
We are a proud lead partner of the Norfolk Anti-Poverty Alliance, taking an active role in campaigning on behalf of Norfolk to ensure nobody goes without the basics in life.
Our partnership with NCAN
NCLS is also the lead agency for the Norfolk Community Advice Network (NCAN), a network of voluntary agencies (Citizens Advice, Shelter, Age UK Norwich, Age UK Norfolk, MAP, Bridge Plus+ and Equal Lives) and statutory authorities working together to promote access to social welfare advice in Norfolk.
NCAN operates an electronic client referral system ensuring there is ‘no wrong door’. NCAN also campaigns on behalf of the advice sector.
Our partners
We have a wide-range of partners who support us in multiple ways including direct funding, organising fund-raising events, event sponsorship, providing volunteers and more.
Whether it’s somewhere to host outreach sessions or a particular project, just drop us a line. If you think we could work together with you on something, email us at info@ncls.co.uk.

The staff members we have been provided with, to work on both immigration and general law-based enquiries, have been exemplary. Their absolute client focus is key to their successful outcomes.
