Norfolk Community Advice Network Administrator.

7.5 hours per week.  Salary £19,777 per annum, pro-rata

Norfolk Community Advice Network (NCAN) works to ensure that Norfolk residents can access free, good quality social welfare information, advice, assistance and representation. We are seeking to appoint a part time administrator to provide support to the NCAN Co-ordinator. We are looking for someone who has an understanding of how statutory and voluntary agencies work and who has a wide range of IT and administrative skills.

The post is initially for 1 day a week, with the possibility of extending this to 2 days if further funding is secured.

Welfare Rights Service Casework Assistant

15 hours per week.  Salary £20,485.86 per annum, pro-rata

Norfolk Community Law Service is a registered charity dedicated to providing access to justice and equality in Norfolk. Our Welfare Rights Appeals and Representation Service (WRARS) provides specialist advice, casework and representation, including written submissions and representation at Tribunal, for clients seeking to appeal against the outcome of their applications for welfare benefits. We are looking for a Casework Assistant to support the Welfare Rights Manager and Adviser with the running of this service.
