About Norfolk Community Advice Network (NCAN)

NCLS is the lead agency for the Norfolk Community Advice Network (NCAN) which works to ensure that Norfolk residents can access free, good quality social welfare information, advice, assistance and representation at a time when they need it most.

NCAN’s Steering Group – an alliance of advice providers – support clients by providing direct access for clients to services and advice providers across Norfolk.

Our aim is to build a strong, effective and inclusive network of advice agencies in Norfolk and to support the advice sector in this region in contributing to strategic objectives locally and nationally.

NCAN also runs the recently launched Norfolk Anti-Poverty Alliance, a movement of organisations and individuals who want to create a future where all of us can thrive.
