Norfolk Community Advice Network Co-ordinator

37 hours per week.  Salary £20,998 per annum.

Norfolk Community Advice Network (NCAN) works to ensure that Norfolk residents can access free, good quality social welfare information, advice, assistance and representation. We are seeking to appoint a Co-ordinator to provide support to the NCAN Director. The role involves delivering the administrative functions of NCAN, and developing and delivering training for the NCAN Referral System. EU Settlement Scheme Project Officer

22.5 hours a week, £20,575 per annum pro rata

Norfolk Community Law Service is a registered charity dedicated to providing access to justice and equality in Norfolk. Our Immigration Advice service is regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) We provide advice up to and including Level 2 for clients seeking help with Home Office applications and Welfare Benefit appeals.

We are recruiting a Project Officer to support our Immigration service deliver the EU Settlement scheme advice project across Norfolk and Suffolk.

This role would be suited to someone with excellent IT and communication skills and direct experience and/or understanding of the EU Settlement scheme. This role will be responsible for working across the 2 counties, liaising with clients, employers and agencies, data entry, project monitoring and reporting.

We will support the successful applicant to apply for approval from the OISC to provide advice at level 1 EUSS (limited to EU Settlement Scheme applications).

We are looking for someone who can start immediately, this is a fixed term contract until 30th September 2021.
