Norfolk Community Law Service is a not-for-profit charity. We provide free, confidential and independent specialist legal advice. Our services are focused on supporting communities who are made most vulnerable by society and those who are locked out of the welfare system, or on the verge of being excluded.
We are seeking an Operations Officer to join our busy team to assist with the personnel and administrative aspects of running our services. We are in particular looking for someone with excellent IT skills. The successful applicant will oversee the collection and entry of data onto our casework system; support the production and analysis of reports; assist with the recruitment and supervision of volunteers and build on our social media presence.
This role is both office and home based, the successful applicant would be required to be in the office a minimum of 3 days a week.
